Callanan Industries, Inc., a CRH Company, seeks an Operator - Mixer Driver in Campton, NH. This full-time role involves laboring duties at an aggregate plant, assisting in maintenance, and compiling production reports, with potential overtime and occasional night work.

You will operate safely with drivers and fellow staff, following MSHA/OSHA rules and PPE standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical maintenance experience, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Experience in basic mechanical maintenance.
• Willingness to work and communicate effectively with supervisors, truck drivers and fellow employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide range of laboring duties within an Aggregate Plant.
• Assist in plant maintenance and compile reports on plant production and maintenance.
• Operate in a safe and professional manner.
• Report accidents or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Conduct daily post-inspections and complete Risk assessment forms.
• Wear proper PPE consistently.
• Cover vacations in different tasks when required.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Be open to potential night work.
