Job summary

BURNCO Rock Products Ltd is hiring a Texas Mixer Driver to support Ready-Mix and aggregate operations in the Dallas area. You will operate a Ready-Mix truck, perform routine maintenance, and help maintain a safe, clean site environment while complying with DOT and company safety standards.

The role requires a valid CDL, mixer experience, and the ability to work irregular hours, including Saturdays. Competitive wages with bonuses and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and at least 1 year of commercial driving or mixer experience.
• Ability to pass MVR, background check, drug & alcohol testing, and a physical.
• Ability to work irregular hours and on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Train and/or safely operate a Ready-Mix Truck in urban and rural areas with tight construction sites at times.
• Complete routine maintenance of equipment and report minor issues; keep unit clean daily.
• Help keep areas around plants clean and hazard-free.
• Work safely at all times following Safety Protocols.
• Stay compliant with DOT and BURNCO requirements.

What You Will Be Doing

• Train and/or safely operate a Ready-Mix Truck in urban and rural areas with tight construction sites at times
• Completing routine maintenance of equipment, including reporting minor mechanical issues and thorough cleanliness of unit daily
• Contribute to keeping areas in and around the Plants clean and hazard free
• Execute work safely at all times by complying with our Safety Protocols
• Stay in compliance with DOT and BURNCO requirements

What We Would Like From You

• 21+ years old
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• At least 1-year general commercial driving experience or Mixer driving experience
• Ability to pass MVR, background check, drug & alcohol testing and a physical assessment
• Ability to work irregular hours and on Saturdays
• Flexibility to work with other BURNCO Plants based on business needs
• Commitment to safety, customer service and teamwork
