Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Combine ingredients by following formulas to ensure product quality.
• Prepare, clean, and inspect equipment during changeovers.
• Track lot numbers and materials in ERP and on paper.
• Lift and dump bags up to 55 lbs. with team lifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace to support food safety.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment.
• Follow and enforce GMP and quality procedures.

Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Swing Shift Mixer Operator to prepare high-quality batches of products like dough, cheese, and fillings. Job Responsibilities:

• Combine ingredients by accurately following formulas to ensure product quality.
• Assist with equipment preparation, cleaning, and inspection during changeovers.
• Track lot numbers and materials in the ERP system and on paper documentation.
• Regularly lift and dump bags and bins of ingredients up to 55 lbs., using team lifts for heavier bins.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support food safety standards.
• Promote a safe and positive work environment for all team members.
• Follow and enforce quality procedures to meet company standards.

• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
