Job summary

Bryan Health in Kearney, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct and indirect patient care under RN or physician supervision.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in High School at a grade level of Junior or higher.
• Current CNA certification in the state of Nebraska or proof of passing CNA Exam until verification is provided by the state of Nebraska.
• Current BLS certificate.
• One year of experience as a CNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a RN or physician.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assists with patient admissions, discharge and transfers.
• Provides morning/evening care including activities of daily living and basic hygiene.
• Records vital signs and reports changes to supervising RN.
• Transports patients to tests/procedures and supports unit operations.
