Job summary

SinnovaTek, Inc. is seeking a Mix Master to support our expanding batching operations on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts at our Middlesex, NC facility. You’ll measure and add ingredients, operate mixers, monitor temperatures, and ensure batches meet quality and food-safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic math skills, the ability to read work instructions in English, and manufacturing or machinery experience. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production guides, and labels
• Basic math skills, including measuring and weighing ingredients
• Ability to understand directions and safety procedures in English.
• Ability to learn and follow OSHA, GMP, SQF, food safety, and company safety requirements
• Manufacturing or machinery experience is preferred
• Experience with batching, blending, food production, or a similar process is preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixers, pumps, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Follow batch tickets and formulas to accurately measure, weigh, and add ingredients.
• Mix and process ingredients to create high-quality batches.
• Monitor production conditions such as temperatures, processing times, and ingredient usage.
• Record lot numbers, ingredients, processing information, test results, and other production data accurately.
• Prepare product labels and maintain accurate batch documentation.
• Assist with batching, processing, quality assurance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
