Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a warehouse/stock associate for the Miu Miu brand in New York. The role focuses on stock integrity, safe handling of goods, and alignment with corporate guidelines to minimize losses while supporting a seamless selling process.

You will maintain stock accuracy, manage receipts, and prepare merchandise for floors and special areas, while coordinating returns and transfers per corporate timelines. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Handle stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Guarantee returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines.

JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible of stock management in terms of KPIs, Corporate guidelines and procedures. To facilitate the selling process through an impeccable stock maintenance and to be responsible of minimizing the stock losses. To ensure the implementation of guidelines received from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
• Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the Corporate procedures and prepare the product to be taken on the sales floor and special areas.

• Organize, manage and perform the products' counting and the stocktakes.
• Assure the right product flow tracking through SAP system.
• Manage the product flow during Repairs.
• Manage the stockroom activities related to Markdown.
• Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.

Hourly Position (comm eligible):

'This position will be paid an hourly rate that may range from $22.00-$26.00, annualized from $45,760 - $54,080, and if applicable, may be eligible for commission, bonuses and other incentive opportunities. '
