Elite Restoration seeks a Mitigation Technician Lead in Twin Falls, ID to manage frontline response to water, fire, and mold damage. You will supervise controlled demolition, debris removal, drying operations, mold remediation, and setup of containment systems at client sites, ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and flexibility to work some weekends and night hours; a polished appearance is required.

Qualifications

• IICRC certifications a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed (on-call rotation)
• MUST HAVE: Polished appearance (no facial or neck tattoos)

• Baseboard & carpet cushion removal
• Peeling, securing, & reattaching wallpaper
• Carpet seam cutting
• Removing and disposing of debris
• Water pumping and extraction
• Mold remediation
• Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.)
• Vapor Barrier
• Setting drying equipment
• Constructing polyethylene enclosures
• Containment construction and maintenance
• Contents Manipulation
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed, including responsibilities in other departments not specifically outlined in the job description

• Controlled demolition
