Job summary

Spyder Construction is hiring Mitigation Technicians and Mitigation Leads to respond to water, fire, mold, and storm losses across the Denver metro area. Start each shift at our Littleton shop and work with a fully stocked company van for on-site projects.

We offer competitive hourly pay, full benefits, a 401(k) with a 4% match, and opportunities to grow from Technician to Lead. Overtime is available and emergency response work adds to earnings.

Qualifications

• Reliability when on call and show up for emergencies.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
• On-call rotations may include nights and weekends.
• IICRC certifications are preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage at properties.
• Extract water and set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment.
• Perform demolition, cleanup, mold remediation, and sewage mitigation.
• Take moisture readings and document work with photos and notes.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols on every job.
• Keep tools and equipment clean and ready for the next call.
• Treat customers with calm, respect, and clear communication.
