Job summary

Accentuin, LLC. is seeking Lead Mitigation Technicians to oversee on-site mitigation activities, lead crews, and coordinate daily schedules. You will demobilize sites, operate drying equipment, and ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires coordinating labor, tracking hours, and staying on-call for catastrophe events. You will report to the Mitigation Project Manager and maintain OSHA-compliant job sites daily.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demolish and prepare job sites for mitigation work as assigned.
• Set and operate drying equipment and related tools.
• Direct laborers and document hours to ensure proper payment.
• Notify Superintendent when work scope is complete for payment processing.
• Stock work vehicles to ensure crews have needed supplies.
• Maintain a neat, clean job site following OSHA requirements and company policies.
• Be on call and prepared to work 48+ hours per week when required.

Lead Mitigation Technicians:

• Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings todeterminethe daily schedule, and complete assignments for the day

• Are responsible on the job site for demolition, setting drying equipment, and other assigned tasks

• Directlaborersin their daily tasks and document their hours worked to ensure they get paid

• Notify the Superintendent when all tasks on scope are complete for payment processing

• Stock work vehicles to ensure laborers are supplied for daily tasks

• Maintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Companypolicies and procedures

Accountabilities

• Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously,anticipating, preventing, and solving challenges

• Utilize document management software

• Actively practice leadership ability

• Learn, implement, andmaintainan understanding of mitigation operations and procedures

• Clean and inspect company vehicles weekly
