Maintco in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Mitigation Technician to join our hands-on restoration team. You’ll handle controlled demolition, debris removal, and prepping damaged spaces for rebuild with on‑the‑job training provided.

This full‑time role requires physical work, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, use power tools, and work safely on site across the Seattle area. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• No certifications or prior industry experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/attics as needed.
• Able to work in fast-paced environments with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition work, debris removal and site cleanup.
• Assist with water extraction, drying equipment and job setup.
• Document work with jobsite photos and written notes.
• Perform cleanup and help maintain organized job sites.
• Support senior crew members and follow all safety procedures on-site.
• Learn to use industry tools like moisture meters and IR cameras.
• Adapt to changing job conditions and keep moving until the job is done.

• Willingness to be on‑call on a rotating basis after training.
