Responsibilities

• Deliver customer satisfaction and fulfill our WOW Promise.
• Effectively perform all aspects of production processes including mold, water, fire, biohazard, and contents work.
• Continuously develop production skills and expertise.
• Show care for equipment and respect for customers' homes and businesses.
• Follow uniform and policy guidelines.
• Maintain work documentation daily.
• Always leave jobsites clean and orderly.
• Maintain clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians.
