Pro-Craft Restoration in Farmers Branch, TX seeks a dependable Mitigation Technician to support water, fire, and mold restoration projects. You will assist customers during stressful events, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain a safe, clean jobsite.

Role requires after-hours availability, physical work, and accurate documentation using Dash. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a national platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restoration or mitigation experience (water, fire, or mold).
• WRT certification, current or expired.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work after-hours or on-call shifts.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and wear PPE on all job sites.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Pro-Craft Restoration, based in Farmers Branch, TX is a professional and agile restoration company dedicated to delivering every customer a 5-star experience. We are actively seeking a dependable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our team and assist with water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects. This role requires professionalism, prompt response, attention to detail, and strong communication as you assist customers during stressful property damage situations.

Responsibilities

• Removing debris such as dust, drywall material, and construction waste
• Performing demolition in areas designated by the Lead Tech.
• Preparing work areas, including staging equipment and setting up containment as needed
• Communicating with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient job progress
• Following project scopes and performing assigned mitigation tasks
• Completing end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, ensuring the jobsite is left clean and orderly
• Documenting job progress, photos, and updates in Dash, our job management software.
  

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintaining Jobsite Safety Including Wearing Proper PPE
• Maintaining Jobsite Cleanliness & Protecting Customer’s Possessions
  

Qualifications

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time, field-based position with a schedule that can vary based on active restoration projects and customer needs. Because water, fire, and mold emergencies can happen at any time, Mitigation Technicians participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency response needs after regular business hours. This is a hands-on, physically active field position working in residential and commercial properties, often involving water, fire, and mold damage while wearing PPE, following safety procedures, and working alongside experienced technicians, supervisors, and customers.
