Full‑Time Technician. American Restoration is looking to hire mitigation and remediation technicians for our water damage restoration company. The role: Respond immediately to stabilize properties, mitigate damages, and perform water damage restoration tasks as first responders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage incidents 24/7, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stabilize properties and mitigate water damage.
• Perform restoration tasks and follow company protocols.
• Participate in on‑call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpet cleaning or water restoration helpful but not required.
• Good driving record.
• Background check required.
• Willing to work occasional long hours.
• Driver’s License (Required).

Experience

• Carpet cleaning: 1 year (Preferred).
• Water damage restoration: 1 year (Preferred).

License/Certification

• Driver’s License (Required).
