Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Mitigation Technician in Billings, MT to support restoration projects by removing damaged materials, performing demolition, and setting up cleaning systems in homes affected by water or fire damage. You will work under a site lead, follow instructions, and document all work with iPads or company systems.

This on-site role requires regular heavy lifting, basic construction tools use, and ability to operate in indoor/outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of construction experience or more.
• Able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds consistently.
• Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.
• Basic demolition skills for walls, flooring, and other materials.
• Ability to follow directions from a site lead and work as part of a field team.
• Comfort working in homes with water or fire damage, indoors and outdoors.
• Capable of documenting work using iPads or similar devices and entering information into a company database.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
