Job summary

Taylored Restoration, a brand of American Restoration, seeks a Mitigation Technician to assist with cleanup after fires, water damages, floods, mold and other disasters. This role requires physical stamina and reliability.

Starting pay is $22.00/hour with no experience; compensation increases with experience. You must be able to work 40+ hours, maintain a clean-cut appearance, be tobacco-free, and have reliable transportation for night and emergency shifts.

MITIGATION TECHNICIAN

This type of work takes an individual with character, and we love finding the right talent for this distinctive job of cleaning up after fires, water damages, floods, mold and the most unusual disasters one can imagine.

At Taylored, we keep our service technicians on track and motivated with a system that is composed of experience and training, that add structure, feedback and motivation to stay on task.

Starting hourly rate: $22.00/hour with no experience; however, pay is commensurate with experience. Increased starting wage will be considered for experienced candidates.

• Reliable Transportation and Clean Driving Record:
  • Disasters happen in the middle of the night. If you do not have your own transportation, this is next to impossible. In addition, we only put drivers behind the wheel that have a clean, safe driving record.
