Job summary

Paul Davis is seeking mitigation professionals to assist communities after disasters. You will help mitigate flood and fire damage, perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, and related tasks under supervision, while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires empathy, urgency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime. You will be part of a team focused on training, advancement, and a positive culture.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and overtime if needed.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve others within your community in their time of need.
  • Make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property.
  • Work hard and take pride in completing projects such as mitigating flood and fire damage.
  • Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology.
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager
  • Focus and dedication on providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be reachable by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
  • Assist other team members and lead the team when needed.
