Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager for a property damage mitigation and restoration role in the Sheboygan, Wisconsin area. This position oversees projects involving fire, water, wind, and other losses, coordinating with property owners, insurers, project teams, and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes site inspections, progress updates, documentation, risk assessments, and on-call emergency response, with a full-time onsite and field-based schedule and a compensation range

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Mitigation / Remediation experience is required.
• Project Management experience is required.
• 5+ years of industry/trades experience is required.
• 2-4 years managing a small construction team or related experience is required.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule is required.
• Ability to respond to episodic after-hours and weekend emergencies is required.
• Ability to perform site inspections in property-damage environments is required.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed is required.
• No felony convictions on background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage property damage mitigation and restoration projects including fire, water, wind, collision, and other losses.
• Communicate with property owners, tenants, insurers, project payees, and other stakeholders after property loss.
• Apply general construction and mitigation/restoration knowledge to project issues.
• Troubleshoot construction, machinery, product, and installation problems.
• Maintain project documentation and communication records.
• Monitor third-party provider performance.
• Collaborate with peers, project teams, subordinates, and managers to complete projects.
• Perform site inspections in damaged and post-restoration environments.
• Participate in emergency response through rotating on-call schedule.
