AdvantaClean of Norcross and Buford is seeking a dedicated Mitigation Project Manager to own each job from setup through close-out, ensuring accuracy, thorough documentation, and clear communication with clients and teams.

The role focuses on managing water, mold, and specialty mitigation projects, supervising technicians, and enforcing IICRC S500/S520 standards while maintaining schedules and margins.

Responsibilities

• Own water, mold, and specialty mitigation jobs from start to finish
• Supervise mitigation technicians and laborers in the field
• Ensure compliance with IICRC S500/S520 standards and SOPs
• Monitor job timelines, labor allocation, and equipment usage
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the life of each job
• Review documentation and job quality prior to close-out
• Coordinate with production, sales, and leadership to stay aligned

What You'll Do

You will own mitigation projects from first setup through final close-out, ensuring every job is executed properly, documented thoroughly, and communicated clearly to everyone who needs to know.

• Manage water, mold, and specialty mitigation jobs from start to finish


• Supervise mitigation technicians and laborers in the field


• Ensure compliance with IICRC S500/S520 standards and company SOPs


• Monitor job timelines, labor allocation, and equipment usage


• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the life of each job


• Review documentation and job quality prior to close-out


• Coordinate with production, sales, and leadership to stay aligned

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of mitigation project management experience


• Strong working knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards


• Proven leadership and organizational skills


• Ability to manage multiple active losses simultaneously


• High attention to detail and personal accountability


• Strong communication skills with clients, adjusters, and internal teams


• Problem solver with a sense of urgency and respect for process

Work Environment

• Full time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM. Additional hours as needed.
