A leading company is seeking a Mitigation Project Coordinator to support property owners after disasters like floods and fires. This role involves project management, communication with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project flow. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and at least 3 years of office experience.
Title: Mitigation Project Coordinator
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
Reports to: Emergency Services Department Manager / ESD Project Managers
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (this is not a remote position)
What does a Mitigation Project Coordinator at Paul Davis do? Professionally and compassionately help property owners put their lives together after a flood, fire, or other life-changing event. You will work alongside our Mitigation team to communicate with property owners, staff members, material providers, and subcontractors. Additionally, you will assist with project scheduling, follow-up, and managing paperwork flow. The Project Coordinator supports the Emergency Services Department by coordinating activities related to mitigation and contents projects, ensuring smooth project flow from start to finish through clear communication. This role involves managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, requiring high organization and adaptability.
