Restoration Recruitment Partners has an elite client seeking an experienced Mitigation Production Manager to join their team in Shreveport, LA!

The Mitigation Production Manager manages restoration production crews and jobs according to Company's procedures. The Production Manager provides and communicates clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services, and job estimates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs.
• Reviewing estimates accuracy and maximization.
• Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
• Keep Operations Manager, General Manager, or Owner updated on production, as appropriate.
• Manage relationships with centers of influence.
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Perform production work as needed.
• Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following Franchise production guidelines.
• Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies.
• Train, manage, and recruit production personnel.
• Create and / or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently.
• Some nights and weekends required as we are emergency services.
• Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Experience in the Restoration industry required.
• At least 1 year of management and / or supervisory experience.
• Musthave at least 2 years experience in the restoration industry.
• High school diploma / GED.
• Xactimate experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Salary $55,000 to $70,000 DOE
