Mitigation Production Manager: A great candidate for this role will have previous mitigation/restoration industry experience supervising production crews and jobs, coordinating requirements for production, completing job files, and monitoring jobs from start to finish.

Compensation: $70-$80k plus bonus opportunities!

Summary:
Management of Production Team:
  • Recruit, hire, train, manage, and provide feedback to Production Team members
  • Assign and coordinate jobs with crews
  • Train Production Team on SERVPRO guidelines and quality standards
  • Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual evaluations
  • Monitor performance to ensure compliance with standards and policies
  • Perform as Crew Chief on an interim basis as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll and timekeeping
Project Management:
  • Respond promptly to all calls concerning losses
  • Develop and review job scopes for accuracy
  • Create project cost estimates adhering to pricing schedules
  • Identify required services, time, and materials for estimates
  • Document and submit scope sheets and supporting documents
  • Monitor project timelines and costs
  • Manage scheduling of jobs, staff, and resources
  • Maintain vehicles, equipment, and facilities
Customer Service:
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate as needed
  • Maintain a pipeline of new business and solicit existing and new customers
  • Represent the company and manage relationships with customers, insurance agents, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in the Restoration Industry
  • 1+ years supervisory/management experience within the industry
  • WRT certification required
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and office technology
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
  • Understanding of payroll and timekeeping
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License
