Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, coordinator, or customer service roles.
• Experience in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mitigation job flow from intake to closeout.
• Serve as a communication point for customers during mitigation jobs.
• Maintain compliance across TPA and program platforms.
