Rainbow International Restoration is seeking an Emergency Services Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead our water/fire/mold/trauma mitigation teams, ensuring timely, profitable service delivery and top-tier customer satisfaction. Works with a skilled group of project leads, technicians and administrative staff to ensure documentation, billing and standards are maintained.

Works with a skilled group of project leads, technicians and administrative staff to ensure documentation, billing and standards are maintained.
Exceed established standards of production performance through continuous process improvement and training and development of production staff.
High School or GED plus five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in cleaning / restoration industry or Associates (2-year) degree in business-related field and a minimum of four (4) years experience in cleaning / restoration industry. Team leader or supervisory responsibility experience preferred.
Basic understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Advanced technical skills, experience and certification in the areas of service the company provides.
Adequate math skills. Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.
Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word, Outlook and Excel. Experience with Xactimate and DASH software is required. Experience in Symbility is preferred. Experience in MICA or Moisture Mapper required.
Effective in receiving feedback and input from employees, probing for additional information or unspoken issues and providing timely response.
IICRC Certifications in WRT/FRST/ASD/AMRT/CDS desired.
Subrogation Certificate
Xactimate Level I or II desired.
NC Lead Paint Renovator. OSHA 10 Hr Construction Certification Desired.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
