DRYmedic Restoration of Bloomfield Twp. is seeking a Mitigation Foreman to supervise restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership in mitigation projects and the ability to manage a skilled crew on-site.

The role requires strong teamwork, safety leadership, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to deliver timely results. This position offers hourly pay and OT opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to the office.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting.
• Ability to use email and other software.
• Clean shave for respirator use per OSHA regulations.
• Team-based work environment.
• Work in tight or confined spaces.
• On-call per rotation with paid OT and after-hours pay.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on all job site activities.
• Execute job action plan for restoration production.
• Communicate workflow and scope of work to the project team.
• Lead and remove/demolish non-restorable materials on site.
• Supervise crew and any subcontractors or vendors on site.
• Operate truck-mounted extractor efficiently.
• Extract standing water when needed.
• Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans.
• Maintain job site safety at all times.
• Work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Utilize power tools as needed on site.
• Identify and place drying equipment appropriately.
• Document loss sites with company software alongside the PM.
• Take photos at various project stages.
• Properly use power tools.

Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a talented individual to fill a critical position as a Mitigation Foreman. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with experience in the restoration industry who is looking for a new challenge. The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands‑on experience in supervising all aspects of a mitigation project and can effectively manage a team of skilled workers.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manger on all job site activities
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
• Work directly and lead team members to Remove/ demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
• Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
• Utilize truck mounted Extractor efficiently
• Extract standing water if needed
• Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
• Maintain job site safety
• Working in confined spaces including heights
• Utilization of power tools
• Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
• Utilize Company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
• Take photos at different stages of a project
• Properly use power tools

Compensation: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
