Job summary

Challenger School in Nevada offers a Manager in Training program spanning up to 24 months to learn campus operations, teaching and admin roles. Upon completion, placements include Preschool Director, Elementary Director, or Headmaster at one of the campuses.

You will closely observe, instruct, and gain hands-on experience across the company, becoming a capable leader in education management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Business or education management experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Completion of pre-employment assessments.

Job description

Challenger is seeking intelligent, hardworking individuals train for management positions at our Nevada campuses. As a manager in training at Challenger you will spend up to 24 months learning all aspects of campus procedure and functioning. This training will include observation, instruction, and hands on experience in classroom teaching and administrative roles across the company.

Upon successful completion of this training program, you will be placed at a campus in one of the following positions: Preschool Director, Elementary Director, or Headmaster.
