Responsibilities

• Pair-program RabbitMQ edge cases with engineers in Missoula.
• Decompose complex tech into deployable services.
• Create sequence diagrams to illustrate data flow.
• Scale coaching services from Missoula pilot to MT deployment.
• Maintain CI/CD infrastructure across MT teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce debt.
• Ensure reliable production systems during peak periods.
