Qualifikationen

• Experience in low voltage, structured cabling, or security integration.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a relationship-based market.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Energetic self-starter with initiative and accountability.
• Excellent communication and ability to balance execution with client-facing duties.
• Must be located in Missoula or willing to relocate; in-person from day one.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Manage low voltage, structured cabling, and security integration projects from award to closeout.
• Build and maintain customer relationships across the Missoula market.
• Support regional sales, assist with estimating, and drive new business.
• Coordinate with field teams, operations, and service departments for smooth execution.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to project teams and field personnel.
• Identify new opportunities in commercial and institutional markets.
• Help develop processes and improve office efficiency.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Contribute to long-term growth strategy for the Missoula office toward Territory Manager.
