Missions Integration Project Coordinator

The Opportunity: The Mission Integration Project Coordinator serves as a central coordination point across mission integration activities. This role is responsible for keeping mission integration efforts organized, connected, and moving forward by coordinating technical discussions, tracking actions, and ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.

What You’ll Work On:

• Assist with coordinating Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs).
• Schedule and organize TEMs, ensuring appropriate technical stakeholders are identified and engaged.
• Coordinate pre-meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, and track follow-up activities.
• Assist with facilitating biweekly integration office hours.
• Plan and coordinate recurring office hours that provide teams with an opportunity to raise questions, discuss integration challenges, share updates, and identify cross-team dependencies.
• Capture key takeaways, decisions, and action items, and ensure appropriate follow-through.
• Coordinate across integration engineering teams.
• Maintain regular communication with integration engineers.
• Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and cross-functional coordination issues.

You Have:

• Experience working with and communicating across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in project coordination, including scheduling and organizing meetings and maintaining regular communication across technical teams, or 4+ years of experience in project coordination, including scheduling and organizing meetings and maintaining regular communication across technical teams, in lieu of a degree.

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
