Job summary

The General Council of the Assemblies of God in Springfield, Missouri is seeking an organized administrative specialist to maintain commitment records for churches, missionaries and pastors. This on-site role requires data entry, customer service, and strong PC skills.

You will process the annual Cost-of-Living appeal, support outreach efforts, and manage a consistently high-volume workload throughout the year. This position is strictly on-site with no remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in an office environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains commitment records for all churches, career missionaries and missionary associates.
• Provides missionaries, missionary associates, and pastors information regarding their commitment records.
• Process the annual Cost-of-Living appeal.
• Will maintain a consistently high-volume workload throughout the year.
