The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Missionary Department Infield Operations professional in Salt Lake City. The role supports mission presidents and missionaries, addressing health concerns, emergencies, conduct matters, and other mission needs with a focus on timely, coordinated responses.

Working with leaders and headquarters, you will manage cases involving health, discipline, evacuations, and critical incidents, following church procedures.

Qualifications

• Full-time mission president experience.
• Demonstrated management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with personal computers, especially word processing.
• Fluency in a non-English language (especially Spanish or Portuguese) is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Serve as case manager to resolve issues involving missionaries, including health, disobedience, emergencies.
• Coordinate with mission presidents, Area Presidencies, Church HQ, families and local leaders.
• Ensure timely support and evacuation planning.
• Maintain reports of incidents and coordinate with MEC and Church Security.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and press coordination as required.
