Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a Systems Engineering and Infrastructure support program in Chantilly, VA. The PM will guide a team of engineers delivering mission-critical systems and drive modernization, including cloud-enabled solutions and AI adoption.

The PM will serve as the primary interface with the government for status, tasking, risk, staffing, and contract deliverables. Strong communication and staff retention are essential; TS/SCI Polygraph clearance is

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years.
5+ years of Program Management experience.
Experience supervising teams in a systems engineering environment.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Experience in agile environments and Agile projects.

Responsibilities

Interface with government for status information, tasking, risk management, staffing, scheduling and problem resolution.
Oversee all aspects of an infrastructure program and manage costs, schedule, risk and performance.
Lead a team of engineers and ensure timely delivery of CDRL and contract deliverables.
Conduct monthly PMRs with the customer and prepare briefings for review boards.
Maintain compliance documentation and contractor management plan.
