This Mission Solutions Business Area within Leidos has an opening for an experienced Program Manager (PM) to oversee a Systems Engineering and Infrastructure support program. The PM will lead a team of engineers supporting mission critical systems and assisting in the evolution and modernization of systems. Leading the team to provide exceptional support to these systems as well as being a collaborative partner in the evolution and modernization are top priorities.
The PM will serve as the primary interface between the contractor and the government for all required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling and problem resolution. Seeking an energetic, motivated, and seasoned Program Manager to oversee this collaborative program. The successful PM will oversee all aspects of an infrastructure program. The PM should have exceptional communication and customer relationship management abilities, a strong approach to retention and engagement, and an overall proactive and collaborative approach. Experience in cloud environments and fluency and eagerness to adopt AI is strongly preferred.
The PM is to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of programmatic and technical information and plan and participate in program/iterative reviews. The PM will be responsible for leading an exceptional team, maintaining high levels of staff retention, and ensuring exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will excel at personnel and customer relationship management with a big picture/strategic eye for innovation and continued efficiencies across the program.
The PM will be responsible for duties including, but not limited to managing, developing and evaluating subordinate resources, resolving contractor issues, meeting monthly with Sponsor for a Program Management Review, creating and maintaining all compliance documentation, maintaining the contractor management plan, as well as managing and reporting on project related items, such as cost, schedule, risk, and performance. The PM will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all CDRL and financial reports for the contract as well as ad hoc data calls and various other contract deliverables.
The PM shall be responsible for conducting monthly PMRs with the customer to report on and review all aspects of the contract. The PM will also assist the sponsor with communication and collaboration across organizational boundaries to include across OGAs, draft concept papers, white papers or use cases to capture future changes to the system, and will prepare and present briefings for Systems engineering review boards.
Must possess a TS/SCI Polygraph, in-scope and active, to be considered.

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
