Job summary

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Mission Technical Program Manager to support the EA-37B Compass Call program and USAF rapid acquisition activities. You will lead systems engineering, architecture, integration, test, and fielding of airborne electronic attack capabilities.

The role requires hands-on experience with mission-systems integration, open architectures, MBSE, DevSecOps, and rapid capability insertions on special-mission aircraft. Dayton-area work is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of specialized engineering experience in electronic warfare, airborne mission systems, or related fields.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in technical program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, data analysis, or airborne mission-system development.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning, technical execution, and delivery for the EA-37B Compass Call Program Office.
• Act as a senior mission-systems engineer, architect, and technical advisor for the EA-37B program.
• Define and manage interfaces across hardware, software, data, network, sensor, payload, and aircraft.
• Develop system requirements, interface control documents, and architecture products.
• Evaluate architectures for MOSA/OMS/UCI/GRA, open standards, and nonproprietary interfaces.
• Support technical evaluations, acquisition planning, budgets, and decision-making.
