Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Director to lead the Mission Systems IPT supporting the SAOC program baseline. You will oversee execution, integration, and performance across engineering development and verification activities onsite in multiple locations including Richardson, Marlborough, Largo, or Cedar Rapids.

The role requires strong program leadership, DoD exposure, and experience with EVMS and integrated scheduling. You will report to RTX leadership and coordinate with SNC and U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with related field and 12+ years preferred.
• Clear ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Mission Systems IPT and ensure performance against schedule and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Oversee requirements decomposition, architecture development, and design maturation.
• Align IPT execution with the Integrated Master Schedule and EVMS baselines.
• Serve as Collins' point of contact to SNC on Mission Systems matters and reporting.
