ABOUT THE JOB

Anduril is seeking a Mission Systems Engineer to join our team and partner closely with our product development and customer teams. In this role, you will support both pre-sales and post-sales efforts to seamlessly integrate 3rd-party technology into Anduril’s advanced product ecosystem, including our flagship Menace platform and Anduril Connect.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Support the design, implementation, and documentation of systems that integrate cutting-edge hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure robust, scalable integration of multiple systems into the final Anduril product offering.
  • Provide expert pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the Sales team and customers.
  • Ensure that products operate optimally from a systems perspective by working closely with customers to smoothly incorporate Anduril solutions into their networks.
  • Provide detailed documentation and support to maintain the highest system integrity and performance.
  • Work with various Anduril teams—including engineering, manufacturing, and product management—to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related discipline.
  • A robust background in networking combined with experience in at least two of the following domains: cellular, wireless, storage, virtualization, and hyperconverged infrastructure.
  • Prior hands-on experience working with integrated systems in high-stakes, defense-related environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with routers and switches, particularly Cisco Catalyst and ISR product ranges.
  • Proficiency with IPSec/SSL VPN configurations on platforms such as ASA, Classic IOS, IOS XE, and JunOS.
  • Experience with VoIP solutions (CUCM / Call Manager Express) and virtualized applications (e.g., Cisco Catalyst 8000v, CSR1000v, ASAv, Palo Alto VM series, Virtual JunOS).
  • Solid understanding of hypervisors (VMware, Citrix XenServer, KVM).
  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with WAN Acceleration technologies (Riverbed, Citrix, or similar) and Linux networking.
  • Exposure to LTE/5G technologies, Windows Server environments, and hyperconverged infrastructures (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix).
  • Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) such as VMWare Horizon View and Citrix XenDesktop is a plus.
  • Additional advantage for candidates with vGPU experience and industry certifications like CCNP and VMware VCP.

US Salary Range

$148,000 — $195,040 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
