Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Systems Concepts Engineer (SMTS) to elucidate mission needs and perform architecture and design trade studies for integrated hardware and software systems.

The ideal candidate will direct teams, apply MBSE/DE frameworks, perform simulation-based analysis, and brief results to leadership or sponsors; on-site work and a Secret-level clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or math required; master’s preferred.
• Experience in system engineering lifecycle and MBSE/DE approaches.
• Ability to lead small teams and communicate complex analyses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute system engineering lifecycle assignments.
