Job summary

Integration Innovation, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to deliver hands-on engineering for secure, scalable cloud environments supporting DoD mission systems.

You will design, deploy, and sustain infrastructure, automate provisioning, and ensure compute, storage, and networking meet performance targets. You will build and manage virtual networks, IAM, monitoring, and security controls, while migrating workloads to cloud/hybrid architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of infrastructure engineering with hands-on cloud experience.
• Strong experience with Azure or AWS infrastructure services; experience with both is highly desirable.
• Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, DNS, load balancing, security).
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, automation, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, encryption, monitoring, vulnerability management, backup/recovery.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Must hold CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent and at least one cloud certification in Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and sustain cloud infrastructure for mission systems.
• Engineer virtual networks, subnets, routing, load balancers, firewalls, and private connectivity.
• Provision and manage cloud compute, storage, databases, backup, and related services.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automated provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or Ansible.
• Configure cloud identity, IAM, service identities, secrets, and privileged access.
• Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and capacity-management capabilities.
• Automate routine administration, patching, configuration enforcement, and DR activities.
• Support migration of legacy workloads to cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Diagnose infrastructure, performance, security issues, and drive resolution.
• Participate in change management, incident response, and readiness assessments.
