Job summary

LMI Government Consulting seeks a Management Analyst/Mission Support Specialist to support a federal program management office at the Unmanned Technologies Operation Center (UTOC) in Summit Point, WV. You will help compile management information on scope, cost, schedule, performance, and quality to provide visibility into deployment progress.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s or master’s in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business/management/finance/information management.
• 5–10 years of experience in relevant programs.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a government background investigation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize electronic files and manage documentation.
• Create and edit leadership presentations.
• Track cost, schedule, quality, and performance.
• Coordinate program status reviews and deliverables.
• Support IPTs and Working Groups in plans and charters.
• Respond to data calls with portfolio information.
• Assist COR with invoices and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain risk registers with mitigation info.
• Prepare acquisition-related documentation and reports.
