Integrate is seeking a Mission Success Coordinator to own onboarding, training, and adoption for government and DIB customers. You will work directly with customers, run hands-on training, and develop Integrate-native solutions to keep users engaged long after go-live.
You will travel 50–70% in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, ramping up quickly and taking full ownership of your customer cohorts while collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve the platform.
Integrate is building the first real-time, cross-boundary project management platform for the world's most complex programs. We started with one of the most complex customers on earth, the U.S. government. Its programs span thousands of people, multiple organizations, billion-dollar budgets, and differentiated security environments. And somehow, too much of that work still runs on stale schedules, spreadsheets, hand-built slides, and project management software stuck in the Tetris era.
We’re changing that. Based in Seattle, Integrate has secured a $25 million U.S. Space Force contract and expanded across government and commercial programs, raised a $17 million Series A led by FPV Ventures, secured backing from J.P. Morgan, and built software that operates across government and commercial environments, from unclassified work to Top Secret networks.
We move fast, keep the egos low, and make room for quirks, strong opinions, fun, and the occasional chaos of building things from scratch with extreme velocity. We offer strong benefits, real ownership, and ambitious work with people you actually want to be around.
Integrate gives complex programs something they have never had before. One real-time schedule that can operate across organizations, security boundaries, and classification levels without fragmenting the schedule.
The program stays live as it changes. Teams can see how the program has moved, understand how a change ripples downstream, surface risk before it compounds, and control access down to the individual element. And our AI architecture works from that same continuously updated program state. It understands what is happening now, not a report assembled days or weeks ago. The schedule stops being a static plan and becomes a living reflection of the program itself.
We’re nowhere near done. We want to set a new standard for how the world's most complex work gets done, and we won’t stop until we do.
We're looking for a Mission Success Coordinator who is hungry to own onboarding, training, and adoption for our government and Defense Industrial Base (DIB) customers. This role reports directly to our Mission Assurance Manager. You'll get customers and their mission partners (vendors, partners, and primes) live on Integrate fast, and make sure they stay active, engaged users long after go-live.
This is a hands‑on, high‑travel role (50-70%) supporting complex, high‑stakes government deployments where the stakes are real and the timelines don’t wait. You’ll ramp up for the first 60+ days, then take full ownership of your own customer cohorts - no hand‑holding required.
This is not a support‑ticket role. You’ll be working directly with customers, running training, gathering product feedback, providing creative and innovative Integrate‑native solutions, and making the platform stick.
We don't expect you to check every box — but here's the kind of background that sets you up to succeed:
You don't need a fully-scoped playbook to move: you build it as you go, and you're energized by that, not intimidated by it. You meet customers where they are - a program office, a prime, a smaller collaborating company new to the platform - and build trust fast with people who don't have time to waste.
You take extreme ownership: your accounts are yours, and you don't wait for someone else to notice something's slipping. You read people, read rooms, and adapt on the fly in high‑stakes government settings where one misstep costs real trust.
You're ready for a role that puts you on the road 50-70% of the time, working directly alongside your manager as our Mission Success function grows.
Join us at the forefront of deep tech, building the software infrastructure that powers the next generation of hardware innovation and government collaboration. You'll work directly with government and DIB customers on programs that matter, learn from and mature our existing deployment and onboarding playbook, and have real influence over how Integrate supports its customers on high‑stakes programs.
