Qualifications

• BS / MS or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on and leadership in advanced technologies.
• Experience leading medium/large teams through full software lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate group members.
• Maintain staffing awareness and write job requisitions.
• Serve as Lead Subject Matter Expert for area of specialty.
• Shape Draper's technology offerings and open new business areas.
• Align Draper's capabilities with customer strategic priorities.
