Motional in Las Vegas, NV, seeks a Mission Support Manager to scale the Mission Support organization for fleet readiness and field support. You will lead Supervisors and Specialists, drive staffing, budgets, and processes, and partner with Engineering when advancing fleet objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet operations, transportation operations, or autonomous vehicle operations.
• 3+ years leading frontline supervisors or cross-functional programs.
• Basic working knowledge of Autonomous Vehicle technology.
• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Mission Support organization, including Supervisors and Specialists, with coaching and succession planning.
• Establish and execute operational strategies to ensure fleet readiness and mission success.
• Own fleet readiness metrics, vehicle uptime, charging compliance, and field recovery targets.
• Oversee daily fleet support activities: inspections, bring-up/shutdown, software updates, charging, troubleshooting.
• Ensure safe, compliant execution of all Mission Support procedures across shifts and locations.
• Develop staffing models, scheduling strategies, and resource allocation for growth and surge operations.
• Serve as escalation point for disruptions and cross-functional execution challenges.
• Lead cross-functional projects for fleet expansion and operational scalability.
