Job summary

Stellar Solutions, located in Chantilly, VA, seeks a Mission Protection Systems Engineer to provide SETA support for protecting mission systems. You will understand current threats and develop mitigation tactics, while conducting training and on-site protection activities.

The role requires active US citizenship, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Expect collaboration across multiple teams and non-standard duty hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with active clearance and polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of satellite constellations, orbit, and ground systems.
• Understanding of RF fundamentals and vulnerability assessment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as protection SME; synchronize priorities with GPOC and teams.
• Plan involvement in internal/external exercises and wargames.
• Capture lessons learned to improve space operations protection.
• Collaborate with partners to inform protection decisions.
• Work with external SMEs to understand threat environment.
• Identify risks and provide analysis and recommendations.
