Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Mission Project Lead to embed with engineering teams and drive day-to-day execution of U.S. DoD, IC, and Civil mission efforts in the Washington, D.C. area. You will surface blockers, track tasks, and ensure alignment with program milestones.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive coordination, and effective communication across engineering, product, and TPM teams.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (Top Secret/SCI preferred).
• 3+ years in software engineering, technical programs, or mission operations.
• Experience with Agile development and software teams.
• Experience with space systems or related government programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution within engineering teams to meet milestones.
• Manage tasks, owners, dependencies, and due dates across programs.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, milestones, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve blockers with engineers, product, and TPMs.
• Track milestones and assist with schedule recovery actions.
• Provide concise status updates and maintain execution artifacts.
