Vantor Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Mission Planner to work in the Longmont, CO office. The role requires a U.S.

citizen with an active government security clearance and a related engineering or GIS degree. You will support 24/7 shift operations and coordinate with engineers, leads, and MOC teams to ensure mission success. The position demands experience in project or task management, strong Windows and Linux skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to perform 24/7 rotational shift work.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance required (secret).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, geography, remote sensing, GIS, or related field; four additional years may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project and/or task management.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute tactical near-term collection strategies, supporting project and service level agreements.
• Monitor data and factory flows from planning, product generation, into layout and delivery.
• Perform necessary ground troubleshooting and collaborate with MOC personnel during anomaly resolution.
• Communicate effectively with leads, engineers, and other stakeholders when troubleshooting beyond procedures.
• Escalate operational issues with team management and technical support teams.
