Vantor Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Mission Planner to work in the Longmont, CO office. The role requires a U.S.

citizen with an active government security clearance and a related engineering or GIS degree. You will support 24/7 shift operations and coordinate with engineers, leads, and MOC teams to ensure mission success. • Perform necessary ground troubleshooting and collaborate with MOC personnel during anomaly resolution.
• Communicate effectively with leads, engineers, and other stakeholders when troubleshooting beyond procedures.
• Escalate operational issues with team management and technical support teams.

We are hiring for a Mission Planner, to work in the Longmont, CO office.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with Unix/Linux
• 1+ year of experience scripting and database knowledge
• Experience with GIS technology
• Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work based upon high-level requirements
• Desire to lead continuous improvement initiatives

Pay Transparency

To support pay transparency, Vantor includes salary ranges in all U.S. job postings. Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range and will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role should not expect to receive compensation at the top of the range. The listed range reflects the expected pay for this position, and final offers will be determined based on each candidate’s experience, expertise, and alignment with the role.

• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $62,000.00 - $83,000.00 - $91,300.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
