The Boeing Company is seeking a Ground-based Interceptor Maintenance Manager (GMM) / HMI and OSC Controller Mid-Level Specialist to join a small, on-site team at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. The role supports the Missile Defense Agency and NORTHCOM with 24/7 mission readiness and requires shift work, security clearance, and certification planning.

Responsibilities include mission operations planning, system health monitoring, and coordination with GMOC teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain CompTIA Security+ certification within 180 days of start date.
• Experience supporting critical mission demands in a Command-and-Control environment.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute mission operations for C4ISR systems.
• Coordinate system maintenance activities and monitor system health.
• Work with maintenance teams, engineering, and coordination centers to support missions.
• Maintain configuration control and inform leadership of subsystem performance.
