Nuro is seeking a Mission Operations Coordinator to schedule, coordinate and optimize allocation decisions across multiple operational missions and geographies to meet our challenging goals. You will translate plans into schedules, respond to changes, and support drivers to reach program targets while working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company metrics.

Qualifications

• 1 year of resource planning, allocation, optimization, reporting in fleet management, autonomous driving or robot operations/logistics.
• Experience using data tools to derive operational insights and drive improvements.
• Ability to translate plans into schedules and monitor plan vs actual performance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate fleet operations across geographies; assign daily operator tasks.
• Translate weekly plans into schedules, monitor deviations, and re-optimize for productivity.
• Act as first point of escalation for technical or operational incidents; respond calmly to emergencies.
• Drive workflow optimization and automation with stakeholders to improve on-road performance.
