Job summary

You will provide Tier I help desk support, conduct user training, travel to customer locations for on-site sessions, and ensure software meets real-world operational requirements through testing and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with Poly required.
• Minimum 5 years of Military or Intelligence Community experience.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier I help desk support and monitor platforms for mission continuity.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and analytical workflows.
• Conduct classroom training at the Denver facility.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site training delivery.
• Provide software demonstrations to government leadership.
• Represent user perspectives in development meetings and test releases.
• Triage and capture reported software defects.
