Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a Mission Operations Controller in Utah to provide control, coordination, and direction for assets involved in mission testing. You will manage complex test cycles, assess cause/effect relationships, and recommend solutions under pressure in a dynamic test environment.

The role requires interfacing with the project director and customers, ensuring objectives are met, and supporting scheduling and administrative needs. Willingness to travel and work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of Air Intercept Control or Air Weapons Control school preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience with electronic systems, radars, communications/video systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing objectives with project director using applicable systems.
• Setup, operate, and monitor terminals and displays to ensure data integrity.
• Provide control of assets during missions, including close and tactical control.
• Direct tests from a command post to satisfy objectives.
• Interface with project director and customer to meet schedule.
