Stellar Solutions is seeking a Mission Modeling & Simulation Engineer to support advanced mission engineering and digital analysis efforts within SSIO. In this role, you will contribute to enterprise‑level mission thread analysis, architecture assessments, and large‑scale simulation activities supporting next‑generation space and defense capabilities.
This position offers the opportunity to work across mission engineering, digital engineering, modeling & simulation, and systems analysis efforts supporting highly visible national security space programs. The selected candidate will collaborate with government customers, SETA/FFRDC organizations, and industry partners to support mission analysis activities that inform operational risk, architecture trade studies, and future capability decisions.
The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $120,000 - $150,000 annually. Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role responsibilities, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, participation in our profit sharing/retirement plan (PSP), and a comprehensive benefits package.
